WARRANTY:

Warranty is valid two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Part other than the aforementioned are not covered by this warranty. 

To claim warrant please write us through our contact form on the "contact us" page. Please include your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Once we reply on email you will be asked to provide photographic proof of the issue(s).  Please note the following repair/replacements will incur a charge, even during the warranty term.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)

  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification

  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disasters.

  • Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and or changes of the colour on the wristband and the fading of plating)

This warranty states that you may receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

SHIPPING

We aim to deliver all orders within 4 to 10 business days from dispatch. Please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days. Orders are shipped from Croatia with DHL for most countries. *Please note - customers outside of the EU may be charged custom duty and import tax. Check with your country's duty and import tax laws. 

RETURNS

Undamaged items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested outside of this period cannot be accepted for a refund.  

CARE

It is recommended that all watches should be rinsed with water after they has been worn in the sea.
